This event will bring together family business owners in Northern Ireland to discuss ways to engage the next generation in the family firm. You'll hear from Hugh Clark, IFB Chairman and family member of C&J Clark, who will be sharing Clarks' experience of transitioning the business across the generations.
We'll look at the most common succession challenges family businesses face; what strategies they can employ to ensure their next generation doesn’t lose interest in the business; and the ways in which they can build effective inter-generational teamwork and unite the family behind a shared vision.
